Initial Branding

We have streamlined our focus to better serve businesses. For graphics design, we exclusively handle initial branding—specifically creating professional company profiles and business cards to get you started. We no longer offer video production or motion design.

Our initial branding package is designed to give your business a professional launchpad. This strictly covers essential, high-quality assets: your company profile and business cards.

Booking & Contact

Our online booking system is the most preferred and efficient method. It features transparent pricing and a cart system, allowing you to browse, see exact costs, and book services instantly.

App Development

We build robust, user-friendly applications tailored to your business operations, helping you engage with your customers directly on their mobile devices.

Web Maintenance

Web maintenance is critical for the health and survival of your site. It ensures robust security against cyber threats, provides regular data backups, keeps software up-to-date, and guarantees your site stays online without costly downtime.

Yes. The internet is constantly evolving. Routine maintenance protects your investment by closing new security vulnerabilities and ensuring your backups are always current in case of an emergency.

Web Hosting

We offer secure, fast, and reliable cloud web hosting optimized to keep your digital platforms accessible, secure, and loading quickly for your visitors.

Yes, if you already have a website built elsewhere, our team can safely and securely migrate your data to Enthelot Cloud hosting.

Billing & Payments

We accept payments exclusively through M-Pesa. Payment details are provided directly at checkout in our booking system or upon project confirmation.

Yes. Because our online booking system and WhatsApp booking form feature a cart and transparent pricing, you will know exactly what your investment is upfront before proceeding.

The initial deposit required to start a project is non-refundable. It secures your project slot and initiates the preliminary work on your project.

Full payment is expected within 15 days of project completion, or as stipulated by the terms of the specific recurring service (like hosting) you booked.

Failure to make full payment may result in the suspension of digital services (such as hosting and maintenance) or legal action to recover unpaid dues.

Project Management

Timelines vary based on the complexity and scope of each project. We will provide you with a customized, clear timeline during our initial discussions to ensure we meet your deadlines.

Yes, we understand that projects may evolve. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes. However, significant structural changes requested after the project has officially commenced may result in additional charges.

If you wish to terminate an ongoing project, please inform us in writing. Depending on the project's stage, there will be associated costs for the labor and work completed up to that point.
